Henderson’s relishes the switch to a new hybrid headquarters

The makers of Henderson’s Relish have moved into a new home.

The company, which started life in Sheffield over 100 years ago, has bought a double hybrid building at Sheffield Parkway Business Park.

The unit includes 5,000 sq ft of food production space plus offices and warehouse facilities.

Henderson’s Relish joins a number of other occupiers, including WH Smith, Ferrari Pistons Services and Costco, at the 58-acre site which sits next to junction 33 of the M1.

Nick Gillott, director at developer JF Finnegan, said: “The long-term vision for Sheffield Parkway Business Park was to accommodate a range of manufacturing and industrial operations in keeping with the site’s formative usages.

“With the letting to Henderson’s Relish we are cementing this vision and it is entirely fitting to have a company with so much local history joining a development with such a significant background.”

He added: “We are delighted to be welcoming the team behind the famous relish to join our tenant mix.”
