Here comes the Summer for scheme

A FORMER West Yorkshire saw mill which has been re-developed into a £3.3m office scheme has welcomed its latest occupier, in a deal brokered by property agents Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA.

Summer Boarding Courses has taken 2,450 sq ft on a new five-year lease at the Home Farm Development in Esholt, near Bradford, in West Yorkshire,

Keyland Developments converted the Grade II listed premises into eight offices in 2008.

Following the letting to Summer Boarding Courses, there is one suite, of 1,300 sq ft, remain- ing.

Tom Brammeld, the associate director from Jones Lang LaSalle, said yesterday: “Home Farm has proved to be a very successful and popular development since its launch four years ago.

“It provides SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) with tranquil and distinctive offices in a rural setting, yet with the advantage of being just a few miles from Leeds Bradford Airport and 10 miles from Leeds.”
