Historic Escrick Park welcomes the arrival of two new commercial tenants

Two deals have been completed at the Escrick Park Estate, between York and Selby.

Two new commercial tenants are moving into the historic estate, which has been owned and managed by the Forbes Adam family for the past 300 years.

Nexus DNA Films, a Yorkshire film-making and photographic company, has taken 1,500 sq of workshop and showroom space at Milner’s Yard, Riccall Grange. Nexus DNA is currently working on the film Entity, starring Dervla Kirwan and Charlotte Riley.

Meanwhile New County Safety Systems has taken 600 sq ft of quality office space at 2 Park Court.

At the same time Escrick Park-based business advice and accountancy company Numerical Therapy, also known as CGA, has just extended its lease by six years. It has been based at 3 Park Court in Escrick Park since 2007.

Charles Forbes Adam, the owner and developer of Escrick Park, said: “We are delighted to welcome these two new tenants to our business park.

The 22 offices are currently 80 per cent let, he added.
