Thebigword is now offering interpreting services via telephone at all testing sites across the UK, as well translation of posters and guidance into multiple languages and voiceover translation for the department’s self-testing information videos.

Thebigword is also supporting the door-to-door information service in Leicester with translation and interpreting – ensuring that as many people as possible know how to access Covid-19 testing sites.
