“We are keen to hear from other professionals looking to sell cases or entire practices.”

Since 2011, Neil Hudgell Solicitors has completed 20 other deals with a total value of £4m, including the purchase of four legal practices.

Leigh Ganderton, the managing director and founder of Ganderton solicitors, said: “Personal injury work has been affected by radical Governmental reforms and it is no longer profitable for us to operate in this sector.

“I am pleased that we have been able to transfer the cases to Neil Hudgell Solicitors.”
