Andrew Astin has been promoted to associate director. He has more than 13 years of planning experience working in both the private and public sector.

Leading the provision of Indigo Planning’s consultancy services across the region, Simon Grundy said: “All three promotions reflect the hard work which has been dedicated over what has been a challenging few years for the property and development sector.”

He added: “It is clear that investor confidence in Yorkshire and the Humber is on the up and we very much welcome the boost it will bring to the regional economy.”

News of the promotions comes after Tim Waring, a former board director, quit the company to establish Quod North in Leeds, the firm’s first office outside the capital. Peter Hall and Hannah Smith joined Quod North from Indigo Planning too.
