Mr Martin will report to the operations director, Derek Oliver.

Mr Oliver said: "With the addition of 30 people at the new Leeds office and ongoing recruitment in our Darlington operation, we now have around 150 sales people."

He added: "To cater for the significant increase in new business generated ... it is essential we maintain and regularly improve the systems we have in place. If we are to stay ahead of our competitors we need to continually introduce innovative products to ensure our customers take advantage of the rapid growth in online search."
