Jobs at mill development

Yorkshire law firm Gordons has advised Leeds-based property company Gaunts on its purchase of Toller Court, in Skipton, a new development of five offices.

Built by Burley Developments on the site of a former mill, Toller Court is already home to insurance company Bluefin, which has signed a 15-year lease.

The deal means Gaunts owns the freehold of all the units. It is marketing the remaining space.

Gordons commercial property partner Phil Gregory dealt with

the legal aspects of the transaction on behalf of Gaunts liaising

with company chairman, John Bostock; director, John Hellawell and property manager, Andrew Cudworth.
