Jobs saved at Unisurf

TWELVE jobs have been saved at Unisurf Engineering after the Bradford-based business was bought out of administration by WM Hardil, which is based in Batley, West Yorkshire.

Unisurf specialises in the manufacture, production and renovation of components used in a range of sectors from Formula 1 to newspapers and sewage treatment.

Administrators Philip Deyes and Sean Williams of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions secured a sale of the business and assets. Tom Paton, a solicitor in Irwin Mitchell’s insolvency team, worked on the deal alongside the administrators.
