Join the social enterprise network
ENTREPRENEURS who are running or thinking of setting up a social enterprise are invited to an event.
The aim of the initiative is to establish a forum for people who are setting up or running a social enterprise, community development or charitable business across Scarborough borough and beyond. All are encouraged to go along to join as a founding member of the Yorkshire Coast Social Enterprise Network (YCSEN). The first meeting will be held at Falsgrave Community Resource Centre, Scarborough, on March 8 from 9.30am to noon. The morning programme includes presentations from Avis Turner, chief executive of Basics Plus at Betton Farm and Kath Taylor, trustee of Esk Moors Caring.
