Knight’s role in £2m property deals

THE Sheffield office of Knight Frank has played a leading role in securing two commercial property deals at a Chesterfield business park, which have a total value of almost £2m.

Perth House and Dundee House, which stand on the Millennium Way Business Park, have been sold to a private investor in a £400,000 deal. The remaining two buildings on the park, Edinburgh House and St Andrew’s House, have been sold to a private property company in a deal valued at £1.5m.

Both deals were brokered by Robert Hepworth of the Sheffield office of Knight Frank on behalf of the vendor, Helphire Group.
