Lunn finishes £2m project

JACK Lunn Construction, the Leeds-based building company, has completed work on a £2.1m design and build residential project in Bradford for Incommunities, the local housing group.

The 19 new dwellings provide affordable housing.

The development has been supported by a 1.2m grant from the national housing and regeneration body, the Homes and Communities Agency. Stephen Bradbury, of Jack Lunn Construction, said: "We have delivered high-quality new affordable homes and community facilities which meet growing local needs".

Jez Lester, of Incommunities, said: "As the district's biggest social landlord we are committed to provide much-needed high quality affordable homes for local people."
