Mackenzie to take on more graduates

MACKENZIE Stuart has launched a recruitment drive, which will see a further 25 consultants join its graduate training programme in 2013.

The recruitment company, which recently moved from Fountain House, South Parade, Leeds, to No1 Whitehall Riverside in the city, took on 20 graduates during 2012. From a headcount of 23 in March last year, the company now employs 40 staff.

Mackenzie Stuart, which projects a turnover of £4m for this financial year, plans to open a Sydney office in mid 2014. The firm, which specialises in global executive search and selection in multiple sectors, has spent £150,000 on refitting the new office space. Dominic Paglia, director, said: “This move is fantastic for Mackenzie Stuart because it allows us to double in size over the next three years.

“Moving to No1 Whitehall Riverside will allow us to take on 50 new graduates over the next three years and will also allow some of our previous graduate intake the opportunity to manage and progress very quickly within the business.”
