Simon Gawthorpe, managing director of Urban Splash, said: “The work we are doing at Park Hill is not just about creating some fantastic living accommodation but is also using this amazing building with its great spaces, views and natural light to develop the commercial space for businesses, retail and hospitality.

“We are also excited by the fact that by the end of this year the business community at Park Hill could have grown to 200.”
