Management school’s 50th

Bradford University School of Management, one of the world’s oldest and most prestigious business schools, has launched its year of 50th anniversary celebrations with a Founder’s Dinner at the school.

The evening was hosted by Professor Jon Reast, dean of the school. He said the next 50 years would build on the strengths of the last 50.

“We need to continue our excellence in teaching and research to deliver new thinking and understanding for private, public and voluntary sectors,” he said. Past students include Tony O’Reilly, chief executive of Heinz.
