More to step into the office
THe number of office jobs in Leeds could grow faster than other regional cities in the UK over the next five years leading to more demand for space, according to the head of research at property agent Jones Lang LaSalle.
Speaking at the firm’s annual breakfast seminar in Leeds yesterday, Jon Neale said the city appeared to be “very well positioned” to capitalise on the economic upswing. He added: “The city’s strengths in professional, technical and business services suggest that it will see some of the fastest growth in office jobs of any regional city over the next five years.”
