Mum to open second nail bar

A SINGLE mother is opening a new store as her business defies the tough economic climate.

Rebecca Taylor, 25, opened her first salon in the Frenchgate Centre in Doncaster at the age of 23.

A single mother of one, she approached youth charity The Prince’s Trust for help in setting up her business, The Original Lash & Nail Bar.

She has now chosen to open a second store after she “fell in love” with the Leeds Corn Exchange.

She said: “The Leeds Corn Exchange was an ideal location for the business.

“It is such a beautiful building with a lot of fabulous new exclusive boutiques.

“I feel as though our services and team will complement the new look within the centre.”

Ms Taylor’s business specialises in semi-permanent eyelash extensions and nail extensions.
