With its discreet location, The New Ellington is one on the few hotels in Leeds which is regularly used to accommodate musicians following performances at nearby music venues such as the First Direct Leeds Arena and O2 Academy. Olly Murs and Ed Sheeran recently stayed at The New Ellington.

Julian Troup, Head of UK Hotels, Colliers International, said: “It’s not often that hotels in the centre of Leeds come to the open market, so we expect to see a great deal of interest from a wide range of potential buyers.”
