Mutuals have big role in restoring trust

Yorkshire Building Society has revealed plans to open new branches in Bingley and Pudsey by the summer.

The lender announced last month that it will open 12 new branches over the next two years and further expand its agency network.

This will see the total number of group branches rise to 226.
