New faces for online business looking to double turnover

Wetherby-based NetConstruct has appointed Jo Fletcher-Lee as client services director as it gears up for growth.

The digital marketing and e-commerce business – which counts Thomson Reuters, Cadbury's, Debenhams, Yorkshire Forward and Financial Leeds among its clients – has also appointed Adelle Bradford as account director.

Ms Fletcher-Lee, who joins from full service agency Pearsons, said: "Online business has changed rapidly over the last year.

NetConstruct has more than 150 clients across the UK. The agency plans to double turnover by the end of 2012 through more strategic relationships with clients and a broader range of services.

It is building on its strong presence in manufacturing, export and professional services and increasing its focus in online retail and mobile.
