New managers at student digs
STUDENT accommodation in Hoyle Street, Sheffield, is under new management.
Joint administrators David Crawshaw and Rob Croxen, from KPMG, have appointed Derwent Students to operate four Opal student accommodation properties in Nottingham, Sheffield, Liverpool and Wrexham.
Derwent will manage and maintain the buildings, as well as marketing the accommodation places to domestic and international students. The move follows the administrators’ appointment in March of this year to six Opal companies which separately own the four student accommodation developments, a residential building and a land asset.
