New non-exeutive director for UK Coal

The Doncaster-based company has appointed Lisa Clement as a non-executive director and chairman of the company’s audit committee.

It said Ms Clement had experience of working for companies requiring “substantial change and turn-around”.

Jonson Cox, chairman of UK Coal, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Lisa to the board.

“Her experience will bring clear benefits to UK Coal and we look forward to her contribution to our Board”.

Ms Clement has previously worked as managing director of Capita Learning and Development as well as senior divisional roles at Cendant and BPP Holdings.
