Office scheme letting boost
The first speculative office scheme in Leeds to get under way this year – 10 South Parade – has secured a second letting.
Following the pre-let announcement of 8,200 sq ft to Xafinity Consulting earlier this month, Wilton Developments has secured a further pre-let of 3,200 sq ft of second-floor office space to Odgers Berndtson, the executive recruitment consultants.
Once completed, the 10m building will provide 36,000 sq ft of air-conditioned office space.
