One Medical's reward as more staff taken on

The Leeds-based enterprise, which specialises in primary healthcare property development, said it was expanding after a good last year.

Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, chief executive, said: "The team has worked really hard and we were rewarded with two large scale integrated healthcare centres being completed and handed over to tenants. We have a further three projects due to start on site early this year and are recruiting to support business development accordingly."

The new staff include systems analyst Adam Little, who joined the company with four years' IT support experience, and Stephanie Burns, who becomes sales and marketing assistant.

Leanne Kelly and Nicola Murray joined One Medical at the end of last year as PA to the chief executive and operations co-ordinator respectively. The firm said it is also looking to recruit a buildings manager and a human resources assistant in the next few weeks.

One Medical provides custom designed primary care premises and has developed buildings in Harrogate, Sheffield, Derby and Cleethorpes and has projects due to start on site in Grimsby, Nottingham and Wigan.
