Organisation’s enterprising change of name

The Leeds-based organisation, which is responsible for the Manufacturing Advisory Service (MAS) in Yorkshire, is part of not-for-profit GLE Group. In addition to MAS, GLE Enterprise Partners will continue to deliver learning and skills support along with business coaching, environmental, financial and marketing development.

Managing director Robin Watson said: “We felt changing our name was an appropriate step at this time and reflects our determination to continue in a spirit of enterprise to further the cause of UK plc.

“With the backing of the GLE Group, which directly employs in excess of 370 people along with many specialists who work on our behalf, our number one aim will continue to be helping businesses in our region to improve their competitive performance.”
