PA Group stuck on digital content agency

PRESS Association owner PA Group has bought an 80 per cent stake in digital copywriting and content strategy agency, Sticky Content.

The purchase, for an undisclosed fee, increases PA’s presence in the commercial content marketing sector.

It is part of the group’s strategy to diversify its business and build on its position as a multi-platform content provider.

The acquisition means that PA’s Content for Marketing business will now operate under the Sticky Content name, and will aim to grow to take on new and bigger client projects.

It is the company’s second significant investment since it sold its stake in Canadian PR newswire company CNW at the end of last year.

PA has an office in Howden, East Yorkshire.
