Pace hit by shock departure of CFO

The group is confident about its future in a rapidly-changing home entertainment market, after putting a turbulent spell behind it.​

It has high hopes for growing demand for media servers, the next generation of clever boxes that link together all the devices in the home such as TVs, iPads, tablets, laptops and smartphones.

Pace hit a rocky patch in 2011, when flooding in Thailand disrupted the supply chain and prompted a boardroom overhaul, with former Asda chief executive Allan Leighton taking over as chairman.
