Printer invests to stay ahead

Print-Leeds, the litho plastic and digital printer, has invested £250,000 in new machinery as part of a strategy to increase its market share.

The Leeds-based firm, which has 15 staff and a turnover of £1.5m, also recently appointed an apprentice and a PR and marketing consultant.

Rod Fisher, the managing director of Print-Leeds, said: “Making this investment has been essential; we can’t afford to stand still in an industry where technology is continually moving forward.

“The digital print machinery has opened up a whole new market for us.”
