Property Prompt, with a head count of six, was set up at the start of this month, and is based in Leeds. Those wishing to sell or rent their home can log on to the site, register their details and begin listing straight away, said the company. There is the opportunity to upload images or choose add-ons such as floor plans, and the firm is launching a home video tool as well. Property Prompt will then be in regular contact with the client.

He added that the business helps raise the profile of people’s houses by assisting them in building an online portal.
