Property deal key player joins Colliers International
THE man who played a key role in one of Yorkshire’s biggest property deals last year has taken on a new role, it was revealed last night.
Real estate firm Colliers International has hired Richard Walsh as a director in its national investment team.
Mr Walsh joins Colliers International from GVA where he was director of investment for 10 years, and his role there will include providing support for Colliers’ Leeds office.

Hide AdHe has been involved in a number of high profile transactions.
Last year, he sold West Riding House in Leeds on behalf of Anglo Irish Bank for £48m.
