PTSG buys out two Sheffield firms in acquisition spree
The Castleford-based firm has bought Access Contracting for up to £1.3m and Lightning Protection Testing for £300,000.

Hide AdPTSG will pay an initial £1.0m and a maximum of £300,000 in deferred payments over three years.
Access Contracting made revenues of £1.4m in the year to March 31 and pre-tax profits of £300,000.
Lightning Protection Testing is a tester, repairer and maintainer of lightning protection and earthing systems, also based in Sheffield.
The group made revenues of £200,000 in 2014 and made a pre-tax profit of £100,000.
