Quality proves sound idea for TMAT
TMAT, which makes acoustic components for heavy vehicles’ cabs to protect against noise and vibration, achieved combined sales of almost £2m in January and February to beat its internal target by 10 per cent.
TMAT, based in Chesterfield, said it is also seeing demand from possible new clients.

“We firmly believe that the only way to get on in a challenging economic climate like this one, with its static market, is to provide a superior product and service to our customers.”
TMAT has a sales pipeline of £4.5m and recently announced plans to set up a factory in Brazil in anticipation of the infrastructure boom for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympics.
