Racing Post acquires ICS Media Group for undisclosed sum
Racing Post has acquired Leeds-based ICS Media Group.
ICS is a multimedia content provider and digital marketing agency which specialises in sports and gaming. It includes among its clients major bookmakers, leading publishers, radio stations and mobile networks.
Its four directors – Ian Holding, Cheryl Westerman, Matt Roche and Charlotte Green – will continue to run the business on a day-to-day basis, with the main office remaining in Leeds.
Alan Byrne, Racing Post Chief Executive and Editor-in-Chief, said: “We have admired their work for a long time and are delighted to be joining forces with them.”
