The parcel of land on Tom Pudding Way in Goole, East Yorkshire, sits alongside buildings occupied by chemical producer Croda, glass manufacturer Guardian Glass, one of Tesco’s national distribution facilities and Siemens, which is constructing a new £200m train manufacturing plant.

Paul Mack, director at Gent Visick, which is marketing the land, said: “The site represents the last remaining industrial development land available to purchase in the Goole area, and is a rare development opportunity, in such a strategic location in East Yorkshire.”
