Regenix names new chief finance officer

Mr Jefferson will start by June 13 and will replace current chief financial officer Mike Bretherton, who will become a non-executive director.

From 2008 to 2010 Mr Jefferson was chief executive of Coe Group, the designer, developer and manufacturer of integrated CCTV systems.

Having initially joined Coe as chief financial officer in 2007, he became chief executive in 2008. He restructured the group and executed its sale to Digital Barriers.

Following the sale Mr Jefferson remained at Coe as managing director from where he joins Tissue Regenix.
