The funds raised allow the charity to do vital work to help disadvantaged children across the county.

The awards, regarded as the premier property awards in the region, have honoured some of Yorkshire’s most iconic buildings over the years, as well as the people who helped create them.

Last year, 1,000 people from across the sector attended the event, and tickets for this year’s event have already sold out.

The Yorkshire Post is to be the official media partner of the event which takes place at Harrogate’s Rudding Park on Thursday, May 4.

This year the Best Architect category will be fought out between The Harris Partnership, DLG Architecture and Fuse.
