Rotary role for tax specialist
A LEADING member of Yorkshire’s professional services community has taken on a major charitable role, it was revealed yesterday.
Tony Ashbridge, the tax director at Baker Tilly’s Hull office, has been elected president of the Rotary Club in Hull. Mr Ashbridge, who joined the club in 2006, said: “It is a responsibility and challenge which I am very much looking forward to. We are developing initiatives which will enable the club to give more support than ever to local charity and community organisations.”
He is a member of the team responsible for organising the Humber Bridge Half Marathon.
