Sheffield's warm welcome for Aga
A South Yorkshire retail scheme is fully let after iconic cooker manufacturer Aga opened the doors of its new store. The Ecclesall Road development in Sheffield has secured four new tenants since work was completed last year.
The former garage site was previously vacant for over 20 years before JF Finnegan began developing it in 2008. The 8,500 sq ft building is now home to French restaurant company Le Bistrot Pierre, Ideal Dental Care and House of W, which is part of the Loaf Hairstylists chain.
Philip Hollister, commercial director of JF Finnegan, said: "The Ecclesall Road site occupies such a prime location but had been derelict for many years. We identified an opportunity to develop a high quality retail scheme to really maximise the potential of the site and were encouraged by the strong local support we received from the outset."
