Ministers accused Yorkshire Forward of lacking accountability and pointed out that it failed to close the North-South divide.

Our eagle-eyed photographer caught the for-sale sign being draped over the RDA’s old black-and-white logo yesterday.

A spokeswoman for the organisation confirmed: “We expect the buildings to be sold at market value.”
