Decision2day recently expanded into the North-West with the sale of its first franchise. Rochdale businesswoman Andrea Bolton acquired the franchise for Rochdale, Bolton, Oldham, Bury, Manchester and Salford.
Further franchises are planned in cities such as York, Newcastle and Hull.
The company is about to launch a sister site – Convey2day – which will provide fixed-fee "fast-turnaround" conveyancing through a panel of solicitors.
