Speedflex to open site in Yorkshire

Fitness training company Speedflex is expanding into Yorkshire with the opening of its third site.

The firm has agreed a 10-year lease on a 5,000 sq ft ground floor unit at 102 Wellington Street from spring 2014.

The space will be the third licenced Speedflex centre in the UK. Its other two sites are currently in London and Newcastle upon Tyne.

The business will invest £150,000 in the site and expects to create seven new jobs as a result of the move.

The Speedflex machine provides users with high intensity, cardio and resistance training. Irwin Mitchell’s real estate team in Leeds advised Speedflex.
