I’d probably have gone into catering and possibly had my own restaurant, or maybe even two, by now.

What was your worst mistake?

There have been many. But as long as you learn from them and don’t keep making them, it’s a learning curve.

What’s your ideal day away from the office?

If it’s nice, a trip out to the seaside or a picnic is always good. If it’s rainy, watching movies on the couch with my son – or shopping.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

Hugh Jackman, because he is gorgeous.

What was your best subject at school?

What’s your favourite time of day?

I don’t have one really, although I am not much of an early morning person.
