What was your first job?

My first job was working on a lathe in a steel factory.

If you weren’t in your current position, what would you be doing?

Probably working in the music industry.

What was your worst mistake?

I cannot think of any – it’s all learning.

What’s you ideal day away from the office?

Spending quality time on holiday with my family.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

Arnold Schwarzenegger, because he is my idol from the sport of bodybuilding and his action films are the best ever made.

What was your best subject at school?

It was woodwork. I’m just sorry I didn’t take it as a follow up subject (silly me), instead I took metalwork...

What are your hobbies?

I like to work out at the gym, play snooker with friends, listen to music, watch films and go to the pub.

What would you do if you won the Lottery?

Treat all my family and friends with some of the winnings. I would then buy a big pad in the countryside.

What’s your favourite item of clothing?

My leather jacket, because this is where I can find most things such as keys, credit cards, money etc.

What’s your favourite time of day?

I would say 8pm is the best time as this is when I can relax and enjoy family time.

What’s the best thing about Yorkshire?

Its people and the countryside. Also the pubs in Yorkshire are nice and welcoming.

What would you like your epitaph to be?

Enjoy every day as though it’s your last.
