I'd really like to be a photographer. I take pictures at all my friend's events on their request and now have hundreds of photo albums. For me, there's nothing better than capturing moments and images in a photograph.

What would be your ideal day away from the office?

It'd be in southern Europe, starting with breakfast and newspapers in a caf with friends. We'd head to the beach, and, after a bit of sunbathing, we'd have a long lunch of fresh fish and ros wine. After more relaxing, swimming and people-watching, we'd move onto a trendy beach bar to up the tempo with some great music and Mojito cocktails, then watch the sunset over the sea.

Name the one person you would most like to have dinner with, and why?

I'd really love to meet Lance Armstrong. He is a total inspiration as an athlete and a cancer survivor – he is also very attractive.

English literature. My teacher, Mrs Ford, was superb and unearthed my talent at writing poems which I had no idea was within me.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

Apart from the obvious – help out my friends, family and various charities – I would book a trip to New York, a city I just adore. Sacs on Fifth Avenue has the most amazing shoe department on the seventh floor. I'd be in shoe heaven.

What is the best thing about being in business in Yorkshire?

Yorkshire is full of friendly people and many have a more honest approach to business than down South.

I'd say tidy as you go along and tackle the jobs you hate first.

What would you like your epitaph to be?

It really doesn't matter who you are, it's what you do in life that gets you far. And I happily went as far as I could.
