A gym session followed by a walk, although the reality is a lie-in and sport on TV!

Well, money can’t buy you happiness! Although it can buy you several tropical island homes and a flash car...

What is your top time-saving tip?

Always hoover around furniture and only go to the gym half the number of times you planned at the start of the week.

What is your favourite time of the day and why?

Thirty seconds after my morning alarm has gone off because I know it is at least 24 hours before I have to feel this awful again!

What is your favourite item of clothing?

Ski boots or swimming shorts as it means I’m on holiday!

What is the best thing about Yorkshire?

Yorkshire Tea,

Yorkshire Girlfriend.

In that order!

What would you like your epitaph to be?
