What was your first job?

I worked in a cafe in Hull.

If not in your present job, what would you like to do?

I am in my ideal job working as a clinical hypnotherapist. This is where my heart lies and will be my ‘forever’ job.

What was your worst mistake?

Not learning from past mistakes.

What would be your ideal day away from the office?

I’d take a first class, early flight up to Edinburgh during the festival season.

What was your best subject at school?

I was always very good at art.

What are your hobbies?

Dancing is one of them but I need to motivate myself to actually go and do it now.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

Probably the same as most people; ensure that my family and I have enough spare money to enjoy some lovely holidays.

What is your top time-saving tip?

Let the rain clean your windows.

What is your favourite time of the day?

Early morning, especially if there is a beautiful sunrise.

What is your favourite garment?

A mid-length, black leather coat that I wore in the Seventies.

What is the best thing about being in Yorkshire?

The people. There’s a definite air of friendliness in Yorkshire.

She made a difference.
