Ideally, a world class tennis player. If not, then I’d settle for being an F1 driver or a winning X-Factor contes- tant.

What was your worst mistake?

Not starting my own business sooner.

What is your ideal day away from the office?

Spending time with my family.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

Roger Federer, preceded by a game of tennis so I could pick up tips on how to be a better player. He’d probably tell me to give up hope.

What was your best subject at school?

Art & design. I now try and apply that creativity to managing my business.

What are your hobbies?

Tennis, car track days and reading autobiographies.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

I won last weekend. £6.20. Not quite enough to retire on.

What is your top time-saving tip?

Prioritise and then reprioritise throughout the day.

What is your favourite item of clothing?

Anything that is comfortable.

What’s your favourite time of the day?

11.28. No reason in particular, I just like it.

What is the best thing about Yorkshire?

It’s been home all my life and most of my friends and family live here.

What would your epitaph be?

The cream always rises to the top.
