I worked front of house at Pizza Hut, 4pm-1am every Friday and Saturday and loved it.

If not in your present job, what would you like to be?

It would have to be a footballer – even with my rugby physique.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with.

What was your best subject at school?

PE by far.

What are your hobbies?

Rugby and keeping fit.

What’s your top time-saving tip?

Avoid driving long distances if possible. You get much more work done on trains and planes.

What would you do if you won the Lotto?

I suppose it depends how much but I can never imagine myself not working in some capacity.

What is your favourite garment?

My Weber apron. Whenever I wear this it means the sun is shining and we are having some quality family time with a good old-fashioned BBQ lunch/dinner.
