Straight said the framework agreement allows customers to buy goods without going through the full EU procurement process.
Straight said its liners are manufactured from natural starches and are 100 per cent biodegradable and compostable.
They break down into water, carbon dioxide and biomass and are compatible with the Straight kitchen caddy range and most other caddies.
Different sizes, colours and print details are available.
