Success story unfolds in commercial property

THOUSANDS of property professionals will head to Yorkshire later this year to hear about opportunities to invest in the county.

Delegates from around Britain will attend a major event to find out about developments and opportunities in the Leeds City Region. The commercial property exhibition Unfold will take place for its second consecutive year at Leeds Town Hall, on Thursday October 18. Last year’s event featured 34 of the region’s top developments and was attended by more than 1,000 delegates. This year, the organisers plan to attract more than 3,000 delegates.

Key speakers will include Tom Riordan, the chief executive of Leeds City Council and Neil McLean, the chairman of Leeds City Region LEP. The partners behind the event include: CBRE, Colliers, Drivers Jonas Deloitte, DTZ, GVA, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, Lambert Smith Hampton, Sanderson Weatherall and Savills.

Mark Goldstone, head of business representation and policy at Leeds, York and North Yorkshire Chamber of Commerce, said: “Unfold is a fantastic opportunity for Leeds to tell its story to occupiers and investors alike.
